Hosting and care, after launch

I deploy your app and look after it: updates, nightly backups, uptime alerts and small fixes, for teams without a DevOps person.

Servers and accounts stay in your name
  • 01Deployed properly

Docker, Nginx and HTTPS on a server in your name, set up so updates are routine.

  • 02Updates without downtime

The new version is built while the old one keeps serving, and swapped in once it's healthy.

  • 03Nightly backups

Database and files every night, with private documents encrypted.

  • 04Uptime alerts

When something goes down, I know before your users have to tell you.

  • 05Small fixes, quickly

Something breaks or needs a tweak: you message me, not a ticket queue.

  • 06Kept up to date

The server and its packages, so the app stays safe to run.

  1. DAY 0A call, not a pitchYou walk me through the problem.
  2. DAY 2Scope and a fixed quoteIn writing, with no hourly meter.
  3. WEEK 1Something real, earlyA deployed staging build in week one.
  4. LAUNCHA handover that sticksPlus 30 days of fixes at no cost.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of support. If something I built breaks in that window, I fix it at no cost.

After that you can keep me on the monthly hosting and care plan, bring me back for specific work, or hand it to your own team with the runbook. Both of my client platforms are still live, and I still look after them.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do, all of it. The repo lives in your organisation from day one, and servers, domains and third-party accounts are registered in your name.

Full IP transfer on final payment is written into the agreement.

How do you price work, and when do I pay?

Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted in writing after our first call. Projects start from ₹1.5 lakh, plus hosting and maintenance. There's no hourly meter, so you never pay for me to read documentation.

Payment follows milestones: usually 30% to start, the rest split across agreed milestones, and the last payment on handover. Hosting and care is a flat monthly fee.

What if the project goes off the rails?

Milestones make it survivable. You're never more than one milestone away from a working, deployed build that you own, so the worst case is that you stop and keep everything built so far.

Scope changes are agreed in writing before they're built.

Let's build yours.

A few lines is enough. I'll reply with questions or a time to talk.
