The idea
A streak with money on it
A group starts a challenge, like a 30-day gym streak, and everyone puts money in. Check in every day with a photo. Miss one and a small fine is collected automatically by UPI Autopay. At the end, the pot goes to the people who kept going.
Money rules, solved on paper first
The money rules, solved on paper first
Never hold the money
Razorpay collects and pays out, so the app only runs the rules. Holding other people's money is a licence question in India, and the answer is to not do it.
Privacy by design
Personal data sits apart with stricter access, consent is recorded, and deleting your account really deletes it, in line with India's DPDP rules.
A ledger that adds up
Every rupee has a matching entry and rows are never edited, so checking the books is one query.
The ledger
Every rupee has a matching entry.
Example: five friends put in ₹1,000 each for a 30-day gym streak. One misses three days at ₹100 a day.
| From | To | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| 5 members | Pool | ₹5,000 |
| Missed days | Pool | ₹300 |
| Pool | 4 who kept the streak | ₹5,300 |
| Pool balance | ₹0 | |
